Specialising in delivering well designed, community oriented homes, they manage the full development and build lifecycle giving them greater control over quality, timelines, and long-term growth. As the business continues to scale, they’re now expanding their estimating team to keep pace with increasing project demand. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an intermediate-level Production Estimator to join a collaborative and fast-paced estimating team. You'll report directly to the Estimating Manager, with day-to-day support from an Estimating Team Leader. The wider estimating function includes 5 Production Estimators, 2 Sales Estimators, and 3 offshore team members. Key responsibilities include: Producing accurate BOQs and cost estimates for medium-density residential projects Generating purchase orders and managing supplier pricing using Databuild and Planswift Reviewing construction documentation and resolving queries with internal teams Collaborating with drafting, sales, and construction departments to ensure seamless handovers and project efficiency About You: We’re looking for someone with: Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a Production Estimator role (ideally within residential or medium-density construction) Strong proficiency in Databuild and Planswift (or similar estimating software) A high level of accuracy and attention to detail The ability to work collaboratively in a structured team environment Why Join: This is more than just an estimating jo, it’s a chance to join a well established and growing builder developer with a national footprint and a long term vision.
