The Role As a Sales Estimator, you’ll act as the critical link between client vision and construction reality. Working closely with the Sales and Design teams, you will: Review and assess plans, specifications, and schedules prior to estimating Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed bills of quantities Issue and evaluate tender packages for suppliers and subcontractors Review pricing, assess compliance, and ensure equitable cost comparisons Prepare purchase orders for goods and services Process estimating and administration tasks including client variations, ETS, and invoices Liaise with internal teams to ensure all projects run smoothly and meet client expectations About You Minimum 3–7 years’ experience in an estimating role within residential construction Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail Knowledge of NSW building codes, residential construction processes, and supplier networks Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office (experience with Client Manager, Databuild, or similar highly regarded) Why Join This role offers: A supportive team environment with strong leadership Opportunities for career development and progression within a growing business A chance to be part of a builder known for its quality, innovation, and customer service If you’re an experienced Sales Estimator ready to step into a role with variety, ownership, and a strong project pipeline, we’d love to hear from you.
