The Role: This is a rare opportunity for a qualified Carpenter to transition into a Junior Site Supervisor role with the full backing of a highly experienced Construction Manager and an in-house Training & Development Manager. There are 2 roles available, one covering the SW Sydney and one covering NW Sydney You’ll be mentored every step of the way as you learn to: Manage daily site operations and construction workflows Coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials to meet build schedules Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with BCA/NCC and Australian Standards Maintain regular, professional communication with clients throughout the build Work closely with estimating, admin, trade allocation, and maintenance teams to keep projects moving smoothly Uphold company safety standards and site presentation at all times Salary: $80k - $95k Super Car Fuel Car About You: You’ll bring the technical skills of your Carpentry trade background along with the drive to step up into supervision.
