Technical Delivery Lead $149,860 - $173,729 15.4% super Canberra (preferred), Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane based Flexible working arrangements Ongoing, Full-time ABOUT THE ROLE As Technical Delivery Lead, you will play a key leadership role in AMSA's Infrastructure and Operations team. You will ensure the reliable, secure, and effective delivery of ICT services across the organisation, supporting AMSA's digital strategy and maritime safety outcomes. You will be responsible for: Leading day-to-day ICT operations including networks, cloud, Microsoft services and service desk. Managing vendors and service delivery performance. Coordinating major incidents and root cause analysis. Driving infrastructure reliability and lifecycle management. Supporting technical delivery of system upgrades and integrations. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Computer Science or related discipline. Extensive experience in ICT operations management, ideally in the public sector. Strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with government ICT frameworks and compliance. ITIL certification (desirable) and eligibility for Baseline security clearance.
