Seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist for a leading organisation on the Northern end of the Gold Coast Your new company Working for a leader in their field, this is a great opportunity to join this established team based centrally on the Gold Coast. This company is growing rapidly, which is why they are looking to hire a temporary full-time Accounts Receivable Officer. This role is for an immediate start. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager and the CFO, your duties will include but not be limited to: End-to-end accounts receivable Receipting and allocating customer payments Maintaining various Excel spreadsheets Debtor communication to resolve outstanding invoices/payments Effective relationship management with relevant stakeholders General ad hoc duties as required. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role, you need to have: At least 2 years' experience in high-volume accounts receivable. Excellent communication skills Ability to negotiate and implement effective debt resolution strategies Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred) Attention to detail What you'll get in return This role is a temporary assignment with an immediate start.
