About the role Join Essential Energy as a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist – Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI), where you’ll lead strategic engagement for the innovative Plug and Play project, delivering kerbside EV charging across regional and rural NSW. This role is pivotal in shaping proactive communication and engagement strategies across a diverse stakeholder landscape, including customers, communities, government entities, and industry partners. You’ll drive collaboration, manage stakeholder frameworks, and ensure the successful delivery of knowledge-sharing initiatives that support the transition to sustainable transport. This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint and will be a 2 year Fixed Term Contract. About You You are a dynamic communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for community engagement and sustainable infrastructure. You thrive in complex stakeholder environments and bring a collaborative, customer-centric approach to everything you do.
