Contracts Administrator – Townhouse Dev Projects Location: Near Morningside, Brisbane, QLD Salary: $130k – $150k Super One of Queensland’s leading privately-owned builders is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their expanding commercial team. With a strong pipeline of townhouse projects across SEQ, they are growing their commercial function. This role is a permanent full-time role with long-term career prospects. You’ll be working directly with Site Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. What You’ll Be Doing End-to-end administration of contracts across townhouse developments Procurement, scheduling, and supplier management Invoicing, cost tracking, and variation management Supporting Site Managers with subcontractor engagement and progress claims Maintaining compliance across company systems (JobHack accounting software) What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator Strongly prefer 2 years within townhouse / medium-density projects Commercially astute, confident with variations and invoicing Excellent communication skills to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers Able to add value from day one in a busy, supportive team environment Why Apply?
