We are seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant to join an esteemed real estate agency in Bulimba. As the Executive Assistant to a high-level agent, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the team. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage the high-level agent's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and facilitate smooth residential documentation processes, liaising with relevant parties as required. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the auction process to assist the agent during auctions and related activities. Prepare and proofread various documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail. Act as a liaison between the agent and clients, maintaining professional and clear communication at all times. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Organise and oversee events, meetings, and other special activities, ensuring they run seamlessly. Conduct thorough research and compile relevant information to aid the Agent in making informed decisions. Anticipate the Agent's needs and proactively address any challenges that may arise. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within the real estate industry. 2 years experience within residential real estate contracts and form 6's. Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in managing residential documentation and a comprehensive understanding of the auction process. Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure. A proactive mindset, taking initiative to address issues and streamline processes. Proficiency in using standard office software and tools including Agentbox CRM, Realworks, DocuSign and Microsoft Suite.
