Operating across Australia and New Zealand, the business distributes premium equipment and delivers essential services to agricultural and commercial customers. Supporting the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Team, this role will support the MD and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the Executive team is supported to perform at their best. Success will come from your ability to prioritise competing demands, exercise discretion, and take initiative to keep the organisation moving forward. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, representing the Managing Director (MD) with professionalism and discretion. Manage the MD’s calendar, travel and email, prioritising effectively and driving efficiency across all admin tasks. Track and manage communications, deadlines and follow-ups for the MD. Support 90-day cycles for deadline and team targets. Coordinate Executive Team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking and appraisals. Prepare reports, briefs and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including the Parent Board and Committees. Manage logistics for meetings, workshops and teleconferences to ensure seamless execution. Maintain corporate records and support governance best practice for the MD, Board and Committees. About You 7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders. Prior experience with Board reporting and preparing Board/Committee papers is essential. Background in Agriculture, Mining or Construction (highly desirable). Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills; calm under pressure. Outstanding written and verbal communication with a polished, professional style. Proactive problem-solver with sound judgement and the ability to work independently and with discretion.
