Where you will be working: Our client has a combined experience of over 150 years within their industry. They have a strong focus on customer service with this role based in their head office in Brisbane North. What you will be doing: Quotation and tender preparation including costing sheets and submission documents. Internal and external sales support. Monitoring tender websites, forums and supplier portals. Order tracking and project management. Assisting with client approvals and relevant submissions. Liaising with transport and freight forwarders. Liaising with the factory for pricing and technical information. Coordinating with commercial contracts manager and insurer on terms and conditions of contract. Management and coordination of internal and external Documentation Control requirements. Assisting with internal reviews and periodic meetings. Assisting with development and implementation of internal processes and procedures. Introduction of new clients and business opportunities. Reporting and presenting general information on market trends, pricing and competitor activity. General administration management and oversight. Duties and responsibilities will change as the business develops. Do you have what it takes… This role requires someone who is structured, organized and has a high attention to detail. You will be able to work autonomously and as a team and have experience working with excel and Microsoft office suites.
