The Role We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring new clients are onboarded successfully, trained effectively, and gain full value from Plexa. You will work directly with project teams, builders, and senior management to configure the platform, deliver tailored training, and support clients through adoption and rollout. Key Responsibilities Manage the full client onboarding process, from initial configuration through to go-live. Set up client templates, document structures, workflows, cost codes, and scheduling/program frameworks. Deliver engaging training sessions (both online and in-person) for project teams, site staff, and executives. Provide guidance on best practices for using Plexa modules including finance, accounts payable, scheduling, site management, safety, and quality. Partner with clients to understand their processes and translate them into Plexa’s workflows. Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and proactive issue resolution. Support change management initiatives by helping clients transition from multiple legacy systems to Plexa’s unified platform. Work closely with our Product and Client Success teams to feedback client insights and feature requests. Requirements Experience in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or client success (construction industry experience highly regarded). Strong understanding of construction processes such as cost control, scheduling, document management, safety, and quality. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly learn and teach new software. Willingness to travel to client sites for onsite training and implementation.
