As a result of ongoing growth and expansion, they are looking to hire a Production Supervisor in a newly created position. Job Duties: This role will see you working within the repair and maintenance department of our client’s workshop, responsible for the below duties: Communicating with various employees on job progress and tracking the completion of specific orders. Developing and maintaining overhaul schedules and prioritizing tasks. Determining any potential issues or delays in production. Monitoring the availability of tools and equipment for overhaul. Reporting to and working closely with the Overhaul Supervisor to increase workplace efficiency. Requirements: Previous experience within a production / manufacturing environment in operations. Strong communication and computer skills. Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from work. Ability to pass drug and alcohol test and police clearance.
