I'm currently looking for a General Manager of Production for my client based in the FMCG space. They are going through a restructure which has allowed them to create this position. My client is one of WA's longest established FMCG business, being a household name for generations - FMCG Experience is Required - Reports into Director of Ops - Full time is preferrable - possibility to entertain contract roles Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company goals. - Oversee day-to-day operations of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety - Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and production targets. - Oversee scheduling, workflow, and capacity planning to meet customer demand. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and company standards (e.g. ISO, HACCP, WHS).
