I'm currently looking for a Process Manager for my client based in the FMCG space. They are going through a complete restructure which has allowed them to create this position. - FMCG Experience is Essential - Reports into GM of Production - Full time is preferrable Responsibilities: - Manage daily processing operations to ensure targets for productivity, quality, efficiency, and safety are achieved - Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of production activities to meet customer demand and production timelines. - Lead and supervise processing teams, including operators, technicians, and supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. - Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food safety (if applicable), environmental, and quality assurance standards. - Monitor processing performance using KPIs, identifying opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost control.
