To support their growing operations, a unique opportunity to join the team as a Payroll Officer now exists. About the role: Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will be accountable for payroll support activities across weekly and monthly pay cycles. The role is also accountable for supporting Coal LSL and site operations as required, ensuring a high attention to detail and timely responses. The Payroll Officer will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy and interpreting EBAs as required. About you: With a background in payroll, your experience working in the mining or heavy engineering industries will see you well placed to contribute to the team. A self-starter, you enjoy learning and can see ways to continuously improve workflows. You will also have experience developing great working relationships through your accuracy, follow up and ability to work in a team.
