Job Title: Landscape Architect Company: National Town Planning & Design Firm Location: Melbourne CBD About The Firm This highly regarded specialist Town Planning and Design firm with offices in Victoria and Queensland, is looking to appoint a Landscape Architect permanently. Position Overview Reporting to the Melbourne Design Manager, you will support a team of 5 Landscape Architects in delivering outstanding projects across the region. This is an opportunity to be a part of projects from concept design to delivery - including contract administration. Key Responsibilities: Preparing high-quality design development and construction documentation packages. Coordinating documentation across multidisciplinary teams Translating design intent into accurate, buildable details Working with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during delivery Supporting senior team members in project administration and compliance Ensuring documentation aligns with project timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will have: Hold a degree in Landscape Architecture (AILA registration desirable, not essential) Bring circa 2 years of experience, with a strong focus on documentation and delivery. Project experience within greenfield masterplanning is advantageous. Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino etc. Have strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and local standards. Are detail-driven, organised, and collaborative Experience in contract administration is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
