Join this established, design-focused architecture practice seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join their collaborative team, with a focus on aged care and retirement living projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered or near-registered architect who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute meaningfully to projects that prioritise wellbeing, community, and thoughtful design . What You’ll Be Doing Contributing to and leading design development and documentation across all project phases Working closely with Directors and senior staff on the design of aged care and seniors living environments Managing consultant coordination, compliance, and authority approvals Supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within scope Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and uphold design intent What You Must Have 5–8 years’ experience in architectural practice (aged care, retirement living or healthcare experience highly regarded) Proficiency in Revit – minimum 3 years active project use is essential Sound understanding of BCA/NCC and relevant accessibility standards Strong design sensibility and attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Registration as an architect (or working towards registration) What is in it for you?
