We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sheet-Metal Workshop Supervisor to join our team. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee our stainless-steel division, working closely with our Production Manager and Project Management Team to ensure we deliver high-quality work—on time, every time! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead by example and manage a team of tradespeople and apprentices. Ensure finished work meets quality standards and specifications. Oversee and support apprentice training and development. Drive team productivity and meet daily production targets. Enforce company policies, procedures and SOPs. Execute the production schedule and keep the team on track. Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring maintenance is upkept. Drive job progress against estimated hours. Promote and adhere to workplace safety standards. Read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings.
