Apprentice Aluminium Fabricator / Welder Brisbane-based – Full-Time Aliweld Power is a Brisbane-based, privately owned company specialising in aluminium welding and fabrication for the electrical and infrastructure sectors. We work with government, local council infrastructure projects, and the electrical and mining industries Australia-wide. With a solid reputation for delivering quality, efficient, and cost-effective services, we are looking to expand our team with a motivated Apprentice Aluminium Fabricator / Welder. About the Role This is a hands-on role where you will be trained in all aspects of aluminium fabrication and certified welding. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople on a variety of projects, learning skills that will set you up for a successful career in the industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication and welding of aluminium components Operate hand tools, machinery, and welding equipment under supervision Follow safety procedures and workplace health and safety standards Keep work areas clean and organised Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in welding, fabrication, and the trade industry Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Good communication and teamwork skills Completion of Year 10 (minimum) Drivers licence (P’s or above) preferred What We Offer Full on-the-job training towards a nationally recognised trade qualification Supportive team environment with experienced mentors Exposure to a variety of exciting projects across Australia PPE and tools provided If you’re ready to kick-start your career in welding and fabrication with a company that values quality, safety, and growth, we’d love to hear from you.
