Your core responsibilities will include: Ensuring optimal performance and longevity of assets, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning Leading compliance efforts across essential services and risk management, aligned with Colliers’ national standards Collaborating with property management to oversee budget expenditure and financial planning Procuring and negotiating service contracts, managing tenders and RFPs with precision Delivering accurate expenditure and performance reports for monthly and quarterly client updates Upholding OH&S standards through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews
