Job Description Are you passionate about pastry and ready to begin your culinary career? Join our kitchen team as an Apprentice Pastry Chef and learn from experienced chefs while completing your formal apprenticeship. This is a position available for someone currently enrolled or willing to enrol in a Pastry Apprenticeship course. What you’ll do: Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and desserts for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and banquet service. Learn and apply pastry skills and techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs. Support preparation, stock rotation and portion control to minimise wastage. Work according to daily production sheets and contribute to efficient service delivery. Be actively involved in training opportunities and commit to learning the pastry trade. Supporting the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment in line with HACCP standards.
