Job Description Set in the heart of Melbourne’s vibrant CBD, Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel offers a premium experience for corporate travellers, leisure guests, and conference groups. We’re now looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading our culinary operations, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food across our restaurant, bar, room service, and conference & event spaces.
