This role involves coordinating conferences and events from confirmation through to post-event follow-up, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will manage event documentation, liaise with internal stakeholders and clients, support event operations, and assist with walk-in enquiries. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end event planning and coordination Preparing event orders and communication plans Liaising across departments and with clients Supporting promotional activities and lead qualification Maintaining client databases and producing correspondence Conducting site inspections, briefings, and follow-ups Selling hotel services and identifying new business opportunities Weekend and evening shifts may be required.
