You'll help create a seamless, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out, making every stay feel effortless and personal. Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and care Respond to guest requests and questions with professionalism and local knowledge Promote Accor’s loyalty program and support sign-up targets Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences Manage phone calls, bookings, and basic porter duties as needed Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
