Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen. Contribute to the development of new menu items to enhance the guest dining experience. Mentor and supervise junior staff, offering guidance and training. Apply diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes. Foster strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.
