As our highly valued Campaign Developer and Analyst based in Brisbane CBD. Great Southern Bank is implementing a new Marketing Automation Platform, which will be supported by a new data model. You will help migrate highly complex campaigns from our existing platform to the new one. •You will understand existing campaigns within the current platform, Adobe Campaign Standard •You will translate them and understand how they can be best built within the new platform, Braze, using the new data model •You will liaise with stakeholders regarding any changes to the campaigns necessitated by the change in platform and data model •You will build campaigns in the new platform to a meticulous standard of accuracy •You will thoroughly perform quality controls on yours and others work This is a 12-month max term contract. You’ll make an impact by: Campaign development and automation •Timely & accurate delivery of campaigns. •Develop complex best practice multi-channel workflows. •Manage and maintain campaign automation and work with stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery capability is maintained at the level required by the business. •NOTE: email creation, digital content, copy and creative is not an accountability of this role and will be carried out by other teams. Tracking and performance, monitoring and set up •Set up of performance measures in all campaigns. •Advise key stakeholders on how to best measure campaign objectives. •Automation of report delivery for ongoing campaigns. Maintaining high data quality and supporting processes •Ensure that platform generated data is of the highest possible standard, consistent and complete, and in line with documented processes and procedures. •Creation and management of individual campaign run sheets and technical documentation and procedures. Campaign compliance with legislation •All campaigns are designed and executed in a manner that is fully compliant with Australian Privacy and SPAM acts. Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: •Experience with Braze is preferred, however experience with any enterprise grade marketing automation platforms (eg Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, Braze) is still advantageous. •Experience using SQL for data handling, extraction and manipulation. •Experience in banking, finance or insurance preferred. •An understanding of digital consent and privacy legislation Why Great Southern Bank?
