Description and Requirements Drive outbound sales initiatives independently, understanding the sales process well and effectively moving leads forward. • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance benchmarks, showcasing expertise in both transactional and solution-based selling. • Employ consultative selling methods to strategically engage clients, collaborating with external sales teams as needed. • Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, leveraging historical data and market trends. • Implement margin-maximizing strategies, including upselling and cross-selling, to stimulate revenue growth. • Collaborate closely with external sales, virtual teams, and subject matter experts on bid responses and pricing strategies to improve win rates.
