About the Role As Head of Sales Force Effectiveness, you will lead a team of sales analysts and collaborate closely with frontline sales teams to optimize tools, processes, and insights that drive profitable growth and customer loyalty. You will support sales strategies, including pricing, CRM enhancements, campaign launches, and incentive schemes. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Strategy: Design and deliver real-time reporting, forecasting, and win/loss analysis. Inform pricing decisions, campaign effectiveness, and sales process improvements. Customer Management: Ensure accurate customer classification, territory management, and collaborate on engagement plans with clear goals and reporting. Sales Leadership: Partner with State Sales teams for quarterly planning, skill gap analysis, optimizing salesforce ROI, and coaching priorities. CRM & Reporting: Manage end-to-end CRM processes, oversee the Sales Incentive Scheme, deliver insights from third-party data, and build dashboards to empower teams. Focus on lead and lag indicator effectiveness. People & Development: Lead, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
