The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Partner Organization is seeking a dynamic ProServe Partner Leader (PPL) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll be responsible developing and driving ProServe opportunities through and with partners. As the ProServe Partner leader you’ll be primarily focused on business development and pipeline progressing with AWS partners by building trust, identifying applicable joint professional services offerings, and successfully executing joint go-to-market plans. You'll work closely with ProServe Account Executives, ProServe Cloud Architects, Delivery Practice Managers to drive customer success and business growth. Your experience in driving successful sales to the Australian & New Zealand governments for technology solutions and professional services is critical for this role. You will demonstrate proficiency in business development, executing sales methodologies and advancing opportunity pipeline coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. PPLs performance will be measured against key metrics including but not limited to Partner Delivered Revenue, Partner Billable Bookings and overall ProServe pipeline growth with partners.
