We have become a local favourite for its relaxed atmosphere and globally inspired menu. The restaurant offers a modern Australian dining experience with global influences, including Mediterranean and Asian flavours. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, with options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. NOA is seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our vibrant culinary team, dedicated to crafting refined, high-quality cuisine that seamlessly blends innovation and artistry. Our restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere where excellence in food and service come together to create a memorable dining experience. Required Tasks · Preparing, cooking and plating dishes as per the recipes in a timely manner · Plating each dish with refine presentation and appropriate portions, including all sides, sauces, and garnishes to uphold fine dining standards. · Prepping ingredients across all areas in the kitchen · Ensuring menu comprehension across the restaurant · Planning menus in consultation with the team · Arranging the purchasing and pricing of food · Assist with estimating food and labour costs · Quality control throughout preparation and presentation · Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures · Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations · Assisting with the selection and training of staff Experience/Availability · 2 years' full-time Chef experience alongside relevant Diploma qualification · Experience in a 7 day a la carte operation · Available to work full-time Salary Range: From $77,000 – 80000 per year
