Drive the recruitment, training, and development of Indigenous and non-Indigenous tour guides, championing sustainable employment and cultural engagement. Maintain key stakeholder relationships, including Parks Australia and Traditional Owners, promoting respectful collaboration and community involvement. Benefits Competitive Salary: AUD 79,000 to 89,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation.
