Job Description The Senior Project Manager, Integration will play a key role in leading complex integration projects across Finance, Payroll, HCM, and Identity Management within the Digital Reimagination (DRI) Program. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery; from planning and scope through to testing and deployment, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and minimal disruption to operations. Partnering with technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders, you will deliver integrated solutions that drive efficiency, support digital transformation, and enable MACS’s strategic vision. Desired Skills and Experience Please note: this is a two year fixed-term role WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration projects across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Identity Management systems in a university, TAFE, or school setting. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with academic and administrative stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of system integrations, ensuring data consistency and process automation across platforms such as student information systems (SIS), HRIS, and finance systems. Coordinate with solution architects, integration developers, and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture. Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, academic leadership, and external vendors ABOUT YOU Extensive Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional IT projects, particularly involving enterprise system integrations. Demonstrated Experience in the education sector, with an understanding of academic and administrative systems, data flows, and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, batch jobs, and web services Strong Knowledge of implementing integration between HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Identity Management platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Technology One, SuccessFactors, ADP, Azure AD). Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, MuleSoft) and their integration capabilities Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream integration projects and deliver on time and within budget. Demonstrated Success in managing budgets, risks, and resources in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. Experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
