Typically in this role you will: Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools — including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Build and customise canvas and model-driven apps tailored to business needs Develop and maintain Power Pages portals that are user-friendly and scalable Create and optimise Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes Design and implement data models, connectors, and integrations with external systems Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights Collaborate with stakeholders to research, analyse, and evaluate business and system needs Identify and address system limitations and inefficiencies to improve performance Test, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure reliability and performance Maintain high standards by writing and updating program code, technical documentation, user guides, and procedures Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users with a customer-first mindset
