With a strong reputation for science-backed nutrition and consistent quality, they are now seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive market growth, build long-term partnerships, and lead commercial strategy across Australia and beyond. The Role: As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead the sales strategy and execution for the exotic animal feed division. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with distributors, retailers, zoos, and wildlife organizations to expand market presence and achieve ambitious growth targets. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Build and manage relationships with zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums, breeders, and specialty retailers. Identify new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion. Lead negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners. Mentor and guide a sales team, driving performance through clear KPIs. Collaborate with product, nutrition, and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions. Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments to shape strategy. What We’re Looking For: 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed markets. Experience in international markets and distributor management is highly desirable. Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth. Passion for animals, wildlife, and conservation, with the ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear, customer-focused way. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
