About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Centre Manager to join a well-established, supportive, and collaborative team within a respected and dynamic property group. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in managing a portfolio of vibrant neighbourhood shopping centres. This role would suit an experienced Retail Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Centre Manager position or an existing Centre Manager looking to further develop their career with a business that truly invests in its people. Key Responsibilities Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and financial reporting Oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS compliance Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders Manage the day-to-day operations of shopping centres, ensuring high standards in presentation, safety, and customer service Skills and experience required for this role Experience in shopping centre operations is essential, ideally as a Centre Manager or Retail Manager Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, rent reviews, and outgoings.
