What You’ll Bring Experience in fleet or logistics coordination - or transferable skills from accounts payable/accounting in a large, complex business. Confident communication skills - comfortable liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. Strong tech skills - MS Office and fleet management systems; familiarity with PO creation, invoice processing, vendor management is highly regarded. Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail - nothing slips through the cracks. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and on the road. Managing servicing, repairs, registrations, insurance, and replacements. Overseeing procurement, maintenance, and disposal of fleet assets. Maintaining accurate records of vehicles, drivers, costs, and compliance. Partnering with suppliers to improve cost efficiency, reliability, and performance.
