We have an opportunity for a HR Partner to join the People Services team on a 12-month contract. We are a team of experienced HR professionals who partner, support, and engage the business on all things Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Employee Relations advisory and case management experience, looking for an opportunity to share and embed their knowledge and insights with a supportive and evolving team! Reporting directly to the Manager of People Services, this role will be responsible for: Building strong relationships with leaders whilst managing key HR processes such as performance and conduct concerns and workplace investigations (case management). Providing advice on matters relating to disciplinary processes, performance management and medical incapacity. Supporting management of complex HR Projects Delivering complex analyses of HR data; identifying key trends and contributing to the creation of HR insights. Contributing to leader development through advice and assisting the development of leadership training packs. Assisting HR coordinators to resolve any inquiries that they escalate relating to systems questions or entitlements. About You: To be successful in this role, you would have had experience in a similar role supporting. In addition, you will bring the ability to proactively seek out opportunities to improve the process and deliver customer service that is beneficial to our people and organisation and done so seamlessly and consistently. Ideally you will have: Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act Ability to advise on enterprise bargaining agreements relating to employee entitlements and working conditions. Prior experience triaging commercial risk relating to people management Ability to form trust in your strategic advice through confident and timely delivery. You will be a natural collaborator, eager to adopt a 'one team' approach to the interconnecting and overarching processes of the experience group and the role you play in delivering a great outcome.
