Part-Time HR Business Partner 3 days per week (22.5 hours, flexible across 3–4 days) $100,000 Super (Pro Rata) Our client is seeking a hands-on, approachable HR all-rounder to support their team and manage day-to-day HR functions. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Director, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment. We are looking for someone with proven HR experience who enjoys being the go-to person for staff, building trust, and providing practical support across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted contact for employees, providing support and guidance Conduct quarterly development meetings with staff to track goals and performance Provide performance management guidance and assist with salary reviews Manage conflict resolution in a professional and constructive manner Review and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation Oversee compliance reviews and ensure best-practice HR standards Provide onboarding and offboarding support for employees Offer general HR advice across all levels of the business Candidate Profile Previous experience in an HR role as the first point of contact for employees Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust Knowledge of performance management, conflict resolution, compliance, and policy review Organised, approachable, and confident dealing with staff at all levels The Opportunity Part-time position: 3 days per week (22.5 hours, flexible across 3–4 days) Direct reporting line to the Director with external support available when required Chance to shape a new role and add value from day one Join a supportive, people-focused workplace culture For more information please reach out to Alex@nichetalent.com.au, for this position we can only consider candidates with full working rights in Australia.
