You enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and are confident using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other business tools. With a qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field (or working towards one), you’re eager to grow and contribute in a practical, team-focused role. Why join us? At BRC, we offer more than just race days. You’ll enjoy: A welcoming, down-to-earth team culture Discounted access to events, hospitality and race days Free onsite parking and staff wellness initiatives Opportunities to learn and grow within the People & Culture function This is a great role for someone looking to build their HR career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
