About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our team as a Culture & Capability Business Partner. This role is all about shaping the future of our organisation by strengthening organisational capability and embedding a culture where people feel empowered, connected, and inspired. This role is being advertised in both Brisbane and Bundaberg What You’ll Do As a trusted advisor, you will: Lead the Organisational Capability & Leadership Development portfolio, designing and delivering initiatives that build leadership capability at all levels. Partner with leaders to research, design, implement, and review fit-for-purpose programs that drive performance and engagement. Facilitate workshops, coaching, and capability-building programs that enable sustainable change. Measure impact and continuously improve initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. What You’ll Bring Proven expertise in leadership development, organisational capability building, and facilitation. Strong experience in coaching and engaging stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of organisational culture and change enablement. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and commitment.
