Requirements: Administration background Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Excel and Word SharePoint knowledge favourable Experience looking after a Senior Executive is preferred Strong Leadership Skills Duties: The primary purpose of the role is to develop, deliver and manage a range of executive and administrative support services to support the Executive Director, SEQ Operations (Office of the Executive Director) Support the day to day management of the Executive Director, including but not limited to: calendar management and organising meetings, ensuring the Executive Director has all necessary papers and briefings administrative duties including the preparation of agendas, minute taking, preparing and sending emails on behalf of the Executive Director Coordinating and actioning requests within a shared mailbox Coordination and preparation of correspondence and enquiries ensuring the timeliness and quality of responses.
