Your new role Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability and working with a diverse team of Talent & Capability professionals, the Talent & Capability Coordinator delivers high-quality support across all department teams and functions. This role involves the administration and coordination of department processes, programs and initiatives, in support of the Learning & Professional Development; Talent Acquisition & Attraction; and Talent Management, Mobility & Leadership teams. Key duties include but are not limited to: Assist in the execution of high-quality, consistent colleague and stakeholder experiences. Respond to colleague and external enquiries as required, including the administration of relevant email inboxes and calendars (e.g. the Development inbox). Use initiative and judgement to ensure matters are dealt with expeditiously and appropriately, identifying those which should be referred or known to others, minimising interruptions to the team. Support team members with systems training as required, including onboarding new joiners. Collate and manage Talent system queries from team members and business stakeholders. Record and monitor departmental activity in all appropriate systems and IT platforms, including the Fund’s HRIS (e.g. Oracle) and content management platform (e.g. SharePoint). Support the Head of Talent and the department leadership team in periodic and ad hoc reporting, as directed and in accordance with GRC requirements (compliance, KRI, etc.). Assist in the delivery of Talent Acquisition & Attraction initiatives and programs, working with stakeholders, working groups, and teams. What you’ll need Experience in a team/functional support role. IT system acumen, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with large HRISs, ideally Oracle. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Developed organisational skills and strong attention to detail. The ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
