Job Description As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with entity leadership teams to provide strategic guidance while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR delivery. This is a senior generalist role, giving you the opportunity to shape people strategy, support leaders through significant transformation, and directly influence organisational culture and capability. In this role, you will: Partner with senior and middle managers to design and deliver people strategies that align with business goals Lead or support transformation projects, including post-acquisition integration, restructures, and operational realignments Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and timely resolution Analyse workforce data and develop pragmatic, tailored solutions that address organisational and cultural needs Build leadership capability through coaching, frameworks, and fit-for-purpose training initiatives Develop and implement workforce plans that meet both strategic and operational requirements Support leaders through change using structured, people-focused change management approaches
