About the role We’re seeking a Lead Change Manager to drive the delivery of change management across one of the most significant transformation programs the TAC has undertaken. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of how we work, ensuring change outcomes are business lead and aligned with our strategic direction, including the Make Everyday Matter strategy and our approved portfolio of projects. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for a Portfolio or Program of change delivery. You will oversee a team of Change Managers and Analysts, guiding them through the development and execution of change strategies, impact assessments, and engagement plans. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and program stakeholders to ensure change is not only managed but embraced across the organisation. About the Team You’ll be joining a passionate and high-performing Change and Engagement team, reporting to the Manager, Change & Engagement. The team is deeply embedded in the delivery of strategic programs and plays a crucial role in enabling successful outcomes across the TAC. You’ll also be part of our Change Management Community of Practice, contributing to the evolution of our enterprise change capability and ways of working. What we’re looking for Strategic Influence & Stakeholder Engagement You bring proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team. You’re confident navigating complex environments and influencing decision making to align change outcomes with business strategy. Deep Knowledge of TAC’s Strategic Landscape You have a thorough understanding of TAC’s approved portfolio of projects and the Make Everyday Matter strategy. You know how to connect the dots between project delivery and strategic outcomes, and you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact. Expertise in Leading Change Across Programs You’ve led change across large scale transformation programs, with a strong grasp of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
