About the role As the Senior Test Analyst, you’ll deliver quality assurance and testing for business and IT-driven projects, ensuring the highest standards for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Claims, and Payments based applications. You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute test plans, implement scalable automated testing frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices. In this role, you’ll play a key role in uplifting the quality assurance regime, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards. What we’re looking for Proven Testing Expertise Extensive experience in manual and automated testing within agile sprints, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, ALM, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and defect lifecycle management. Agile Collaboration Demonstrated ability to work in an agile squad, collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to develop test scenarios and deliver strategically aligned technology solutions. Analytical & Communication Skills High proficiency in analytical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements and translate test results for diverse audiences.
