About the role The Provider Fee Review Specialist leads the centralised fee review function at the TAC, ensuring robust, consistent and timely decision making on all provider and commercial fee requests. As a subject matter expert, you will oversee the assessment of ARP requests, act as the escalation point for complex cases, and ensure governance and accuracy standards are applied across all fee-related activities. In addition, you will drive insights into fee volumes, trends and provider behaviour, contributing to the development of fee structures and supporting evidence-based decision making. This role offers the opportunity to combine operational leadership with analytical expertise, ensuring fair, transparent, and efficient processes that support TAC’s strategic objectives. What we’re looking for Health Insurance & Fee Market Expertise You bring experience and knowledge of the health insurance market, with a strong understanding of provider and market fees. Detailed claims knowledge will be highly regarded. Analytical & Insight-Driven With strong financial acumen and attention to detail, you can analyse fee trends and provider behaviours to generate actionable insights. You are confident using data to support decisions and contribute to the development of fee structures.
