GMHBA offers a flexible workplace, a community-focused culture, and a great regional lifestyle Description What you’ll do: • Craft compelling, user-friendly web content for multiple brands, using our CMS • Apply smart SEO strategies to boost our online visibility • Ensure the end-to-end experience is supportive and consistent for users as they navigate our digital channels • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent digital experiences aligned to our brand and tone of voice • Leverage data and member insights to optimise user journeys 12-month fixed term contract Why Join Us? Skills And Experiences About you Mandatory • Tertiary Qualification within a related discipline, i.e. marketing, commerce, UX design. • 5 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record in digital experience. • A passion and successful track record in the development of digital strategies aimed at enhancing member experience and retention. • Advanced SEO copywriting skills. • A deep understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in content design. • Empathy and communications skills to advocate for users with clear, concise copy that understood exactly what users needed to know at just the right moment to move through a screen or complete a task. • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about the digital experience with knowledge of digital design, UX design, content writing and content management. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. • Strong research and analysis skills.
