About the role The Business Lead is responsible for overseeing internal and external engagement across the relevant assigned projects, including the development of robust relationships with the business, the project and any relevant external stakeholders to support successful project outcomes. This role will oversee the delivery of the initiatives each quarter for Making the next 90 days Matter. About the Team Reporting to the Program Manager this role sits within the Enterprise Transformation (ET) division which successfully delivers the organisation’s strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises client outcomes, employee experience and a positive community impact. You will work as one team across ET to bring together the collective ability to deliver business outcomes. The Business Lead will work collaboratively with the Senior Stakeholders, Project Team, subject matter experts and owners of polices and process across the organisation. What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience in utilising operational and strategic thinking and implementing business improvement initiatives including: Strong background in developing and delivering innovation and strategically aligned programs of work to achieve business outcomes Articulating recommendations and strategic advice to executive management Experience implementing change with a range of stakeholders Stakeholder management skills Proficient in cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive collaborative outcomes. Influencing and leadership Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects to ensure business objectives are achieved.
