Why move from your current role? You’ve been in the game long enough to know your way around a land development project. You’re good at what you do - great, actually - but right now your work isn’t quite giving you that spark. This role will. You’ll own the technical direction, steer the conversations with clients, and see your work directly shape communities (and not just tick boxes in a spreadsheet). And you’ll do it in a consultancy with Victorian roots, where you’ll be given genuine autonomy.
