You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to a market recognised, high performing practice. We act on government infrastructure procurement and a range of private sector projects across Australia, particularly in the energy and transport sectors. In addition to running complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, our back-end team works closely with the front-end of the practice to support our clients on project delivery and contract management issues. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: 2-5 PQE with strong contract interpretation and dispute resolution experience A drive to provide outstanding service with attention to detail and problem solving skills Ambition and a proactive approach to your work, be resilient and a self-starter The ability to interact confidently with our clients and build meaningful relationships The desire to work as part of close-knit, collaborative and high-performing team In our Major Projects and Construction practice, you will: Be part of a team and community at the forefront of development of construction law in Australia Partners with collaborative and supportive leadership styles, with a genuine understanding of flexibility and how to balance high performance with a down-to-earth and pragmatic approach to work and life.
